Product comes with 180 days warranty from the date of shipment, out of warranty repairs can be serviced at an expense. iPollo working time of after-sale service is 9:00 am to 10:30 pm Beijing time, service includes remote helping, Q&A, diagnosis, etc. All service inquiries will be responded within 48 hours, repair work can be expected within 7-10 working days (shipping time not included).

The 300m silent small device Ipollo v mini is hotly scheduled. The power consumption of this machine is the lowest in the market.
